Join Us: Hike to La Bastille on the 16th of January
Get ready to kick off the new year with a classic Grenoble challenge! We invite our adventurous community to join us for a rewarding urban-mountain ascent to the iconic Fort de la Bastille.
This is a fantastic opportunity to tackle one of Grenoble’s most famous landmarks by foot, offering incredible panoramic views of the city, the Isère river valley, and the surrounding mountain ranges (Vercors, Chartreuse, and Belledonne). The hike is considered moderate, as the path is steep but well-maintained and typically paved. We expect the ascent to take between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the pace of the group.
